Olgierd Świerzewski

Olgierd specialises in competition law, consumer protection and commercial contracts. With a combination of multidisciplinary skills and knowledge in law, management and finance, and project management, he provides comprehensive support tailored to the needs of domestic and international clients. 

Olgierd advises on competition law, consumer protection, intellectual property, digital business transformation, cybersecurity and compliance. His practice focuses on representing clients before antitrust authorities, regulatory bodies and courts dealing with antitrust cases, the protection of collective consumer interests and the fight against unfair competition. He has particular expertise in the regulatory aspects of digital business.

He has extensive experience advising companies in the food and beverage, media, IT, fuel, energy, hotel and medical sectors.

As a certified project manager, he combines legal expertise with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends to help clients develop and implement comprehensive business and go-to-market strategies. 

In 2018, as head of AccorHotels' legal department in Eastern Europe, he was nominated for the prestigious European In-House lawyer of the year award by The Lawyer magazine. He has served on the boards of Poland's largest oil and energy companies.
