Worked with the SSE legal and procurement teams on the application of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and EU Treaty principles. Advised on the whole procurement process from pre-market engagement, PQQ, ITT and contract award.

Advised the EIB on European Union the procurement requirements for the investment of EU funds in the UK via groups of combined local authorities.

Advised on NHS public procurement, including on bidding strategy and procurement challenges.

Supported on a range of public procurement matters including a dispute over a £multi-million Ministry of Defence outsourcing contract.

Advised the Marine & Technology Division and Defence & Security Division on complex regulated procurement issues relating to major Ministry of Defence contracts.

Advised on the procurement aspects of the deal to provide a resilient 4G network to the Emergency Services as part of the Home Office’s £1.2bn procurement for a new Emergency Services mobile communications network in Britain.

Advising in the private initiative project financing relating to the concession for the design, construction, management and operation of the entire "Porto Vecchio" area, an initiative involving an overall investment of approximately Euro 665 million.

Advising on an estimated 95 million euros of building work including the arena connection infrastructures where many of the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympic events will take place.

Advised this public body and owner and manager of a stock of public housing in and around Milan, on a series of key works valued at over 800 million Euro aimed at improving of energy efficiency at its properties and plant.
