Poppy is an Associate in the Commercial team, based in Bristol.
She advises on a broad range of commercial matters, including complex contractual issues in supply agreements, licensing arrangements, e-commerce, data protection and privacy, and the management, protection and exploitation of intellectual property.
Poppy trained at Pinsent Masons and qualified in September 2021, shortly before joining Osborne Clarke. During her training contract, Poppy spent 6 months on secondment to E.ON, developing her interest in the energy sector, and providing advice to their procurement team as well as to the wider business on general commercial matters.
