Catharina Schulte-Wintrop advises clients on all aspects of German and EU competition law.
She represents clients in merger control proceedings and cartel investigations before national and EU competition authorities and courts. She also advises clients on all aspects of cartel damage claims, the implementation of antitrust compliance programs and competition law aspects of distribution contracts. Catharina also advises on public procurement law.
Catharina advises clients from a large variety of industries including Life Sciences & Healthcare, Transport & Automotive and Retail.
After her legal traineeship with stages i.a. at Germany’s Federal Cartel Office, Catharina qualified in 2016. After five years in the competition team of an international law firm, Catharina joined Osborne Clarke in 2021.
