Maxime is Co-Managing Partner of Osborne Clarke’s Paris office, where he not only oversees the firm’s strategy and day-to-day operations, but helps clients to address the multiple challenges of digital transformation.
A specialist in Employment law with a Doctorate in “employment law and new technology”, Maxime spends much of his time helping clients navigate the impact of digitalisation on their workplaces – and their futures.
Maxime is a believer in building close client partnerships through a pragmatic, responsive and solutions-oriented approach to conducting business, and has established a reputation for leading a multi-faceted team who can offer unique expertise to both national and international clients.
While his practice extends across the full scope of labour law issues, both on a national and international level, Maxime’s legal advice and assistance on litigation matters focuses predominantly on complex reorganisations, employee representative issues and structuring of employment-related agreements in companies.
Maxime Pigeon is "a very skilled advocate with an in-depth knowledge of employment laws in France and a good ability to advice business team on complicated employment issues," according to clients. He assists with high-profile litigations related to harassment claims. He additionally handles the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, terminations and remuneration issues. He is active across the technology and aviation sectors.
