Konstantin Axnick advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. A particular focus of his advice is in the area of litigation.
Konstantin studied law in Cologne. During his studies he early focused on employment and labour law and worked for the tenure of 5 years at the renowned chair of employment and labour law of Professor Dr. Dr. Ulrich Preis. He also completed the study program “Certificiate in US-American Law” while finishing law school in Germany. During his legal traineeship he worked, among others, for a large German law firm in the field of employment and labour law as well as for the German Foreign Office/German Embassy in Bratislava (Slovakia).
Konstantin has worked as a research assistant for several years at a large German law firm and continued to work as a lawyer in a leading law firm in employment and labour law before joining Osborne Clarke in the beginning of 2022.
