Jérôme Scapoli

Attorney at law admitted to the Paris Bar since 2001 and employment-law specialist, Jérôme is a Partner in the Osborne Clarke employment team in Paris.
He supports and advises French and international companies on the full range of labour issues and HR strategy. His areas of expertise include all aspects of employment law, social security law and welfare benefits. He also handles litigation matters in front of the French Courts.
Jérôme provides services on a day-to-day basis on individual employment matters (employment contracts, remuneration plans, employees training) and collective employment issues (employee saving plans, optimising working time, relation with staff representative bodies).
He has significant experience in the management of complex operations and reorganisation (HR impact of transfers of activities, restructuring, outsourcing, harmonisation of employees’ status post-acquisitions, collective economic dismissals) and preventing employment risks (psycho-social risks, litigations).
Jérôme has developed a special interest on issues relating to the impact of digitalisation on employee relationships.
He holds a post-graduate diploma in law and employment practices (University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas) and he is lecturer in labour law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (M2 HR management and labour relationships, CIFFOP).
