Grégoire's mainly assists clients in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of IT contracts in the digital world: cloud licenses and services, software integration, outsourcing, hosting, etc. for both IT service providers and business users, from start-ups to multinational companies.
In addition, Gregoire handles all matters related to the data protection and regularly advises clients either on global compliance projects with the GDPR and French data protection laws or on complex specific issues (international data transfers, data protection impact analysis, cookies, processing of health or diversity data, etc.) or in the context of investigation or litigation with the CNIL.
