Felix Hänel is specialised in the conclusion of IT contracts and advising on telecommunications law. The spectrum of his legal advice also includes Tech-M&As.

Felix regularly advises a wide range of internationally operating clients on the realization complex IT projects. This includes the drafting and negotiation of contracts (especially outsourcing, SaaS, agile methods and telco) as well as the regulatory review of telecommunication services and networks, particularly in the context of their digitalisation. In addition, Felix is a lecturer on IT Law for the BeckAkademie and the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management (Vallendar, Germany).

When it comes to concluding contracts, clients as well as the respective negotiating partners appreciate him for his ability to quickly find pragmatic solutions to complex issues.
