Ed is a Senior Associate in the Employment team at Osborne Clarke with a particular focus on clients in the Tech, Media and Comms and Financial Services sectors.

Ed advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues, TUPE and HR policy. Ed also provides strategic advice on employee exits and Tribunal claims.

Ed drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as contracts, policies and settlement agreements and regularly advises on the employment law issues that arise from corporate transactions (including investments and share sales).

Ed qualified in 2020 having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee solicitor in 2018. Ed is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
