Aleksandra Sztajer

Aleksandra specialises in commercial and corporate law. She focuses on merger and acquisition transactions and regulatory issues concerning the financial sector.

She is an advocate with experience including providing corporate and regulatory advice regarding merger and acquisition transactions. 

Aleksandra also provides corporate advice to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including NewConnect. She has been involved in providing advice to local and international companies on equity and debt capital markets transactions, delisting, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters. 

Aleksandra also has an experience in advising on the field of capital markets, as well as regulatory matters relating to financial institutions, including implementation of information obligations and anti-money laundering and terrorism financing. She has also advised on regulatory proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
