eCommerce Forum 2024: the now, and the next

eCommerce has never been so regulated, yet also presented with so many opportunities. This intimate forum will be a close-knit, collaborative, and productive gathering where senior legal counsel from marketplaces, pureplay eCommerce companies, and retailers with significant online offerings can share experiences and gain new knowledge.

As well as industry speakers, we will explore emerging legal issues for eCommerce players - the UK's new Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act, European digital regulation both future and past, such as the lessons learnt from the Digital Services Act, and what to expect from the European Accessibility Act, alongside digital payments issues.
