Osborne Clarke is ranked joint number one for its outstanding culture by Roll on Friday, following independent feedback from its employees in the Law Firm of the Year satisfaction survey.
Graham de Guise, Osborne Clarke's Chief People Officer, said: "Culture is one of those intangible things that's hard to define. For us, it's as much about what you do to support the individual needs of your people as it is about how you make them feel day-to-day. I'm incredibly proud that our people rank our culture so highly, especially given the challenges presented by the pandemic during the last two years.
"While we're energised by these results, we also know a good culture requires dedication and commitment. So we will never stop continuing to build a business culture that really cares about its people and encourages and enables all voices to be heard."
In addition to the Firm's strong ranking in the Roll On Friday survey over the last six years, more recently, Osborne Clarke received a silver award for its LGBTQ+ commitment and efforts, jumping 159 places in Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, now 113th out of 403 and 16th of 34 in the legal sector. The Firm also improved its 2021 UK Social Mobility Index performance, jumping 33 places to now rank 48th out of 203 participating employers.
Osborne Clarke was recognised as the UK's leading law firm of the year by Law.com at the British Legal Awards in 2021 and Ray Berg made The Lawyer's Hot 100 2022.
