Osborne Clarke and Withers in the sale of Things Mobile to Wireless Logic

Osborne Clarke, with a team led by partner Alessandro Villa assisted by Alberto Passera and Matteo Tracanella advised the UK based multinational Wireless Logic in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Things Mobile S.r.l, a global provider of IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity services.

Withers advised the selling shareholders.

Things Mobile, rapidly grown since its foundation in 2017, will maintain its team and the guidance of Manuel Zanella, its co-founder and CEO, in accordance with terms agreed in the context of the transaction.
