On World Mental Health Day, Osborne Clarke is proud to announce it's been awarded the Mindful Business Charter (MBC) wellbeing award for Sustained Commitment to Meaningful Change, presented at the MBC Award ceremony hosted last night by Clifford Chance in Canary Wharf.

The judges recognised Osborne Clarke for its focus on regular measurement of how people are feeling, its work in understanding what are the causes of workplace stress and its commitment to making targeted sustainable changes where people need it most.

Richard Martin, CEO of MBC, commented at the event:

"I'd like to recognise Osborne Clarke for its 'meaningful, methodical and sustained approach' to understanding the working environment that can lead to poor mental wellbeing and related risks, and making impactful changes."

Catherine Wolfenden, Osborne Clarke's Executive Board Wellbeing Sponsor, said:

We have worked hard to understand the causes of workplace stress to inform changes to working practices that can have a sustainable positive impact on us all.
