International legal practice Osborne Clarke has been named Law Firm of the Year at The Business Magazine's Thames Valley Deal Awards 2024.

The firm was recognised for its significant impact on the completion of deals within the Thames Valley over the past 12 months. The team's work on high-profile deal advising Focus Group and its shareholders on a secondary PE transaction with Hg Capital, amongst others, was highlighted by the judges.

The Thames Valley Deals Awards brings together the very best in dealmaking to recognise and celebrate the success across the region.
