International legal practice Osborne Clarke is celebrating its success at the Legal Cheek Awards last night having taken home the top prize for Firm of the Year.
The firm was recognised for the outstanding experience it offers its trainees and newly qualified solicitors. "This award means so much because its direct feedback that we're getting it right and delivering on what we promise," commented Zoe Reid, Osborne Clarke's Graduate Recruitment Manager.
Osborne Clarke also featured in five shortlisted categories on the night in addition to Firm of the Year: Best Law Firm for Quality of Work; Best Law Firm for Eco-Friendliness; Most Admired Law Firm; Best Law Firm for WFH and Best Law Firm for Peer Support.
Winners of the Legal Cheek Awards are decided using feedback from the annual Legal Cheek Trainee and Junior Lawyer Survey of over 2,000 trainees and junior lawyers. The full list of winners can be found at Legal Cheek.
The award follows previous success at the LexisNexis Legal Awards, where the Firm picked up the Award for Diversity and Inclusion, as well as the Legal500 ESG Awards, where it was recognised for its work to improve female representation in senior ranks and initiatives to support the LGBTQ+ community.
