International law firm Osborne Clarke appoints Jim Margry as partner in the Employment, Pensions & Incentives team in Amsterdam as of 1 March 2021.
Jim joins from Loyens & Loeff where he started as a lawyer in 2010. He has broad experience in employment law, including advising (multinational) clients on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience with post-takeover restructuring and related employee co-determination procedures. He also advises clients on (collective) dismissals, directors and top tier management, setting up (management) participation schemes, incentives and other forms of remuneration.
Furthermore, Jim has extensive experience as a sports lawyer. He advises sports agents, professional football players and other professional athletes on employment law, transfer-related and regulatory matters.
