Osborne Clarke now features across seven categories in it's ranking with The Times Best Law Firms 2023.

The Firm has been commended for banking and finance; commercial dispute resolution (mediation, litigation, arbitration); commercial property; company and commercial; employment; intellectual property and technology media telecommunication.

The profile also recognises the firm for advising Nexeon on a $200 million investment to help it accelerate its battery materials manufacturing business; working with Grifols, the global healthcare company, on a £963 million acquisition related to Biotest, the pharmaceuticals company; and acting as co-counsel for Optis Cellular Technology in a Patents Court and Court of Appeal case against Apple concerning licensing.
