Osborne Clarke announces the appointment of Dorothée Chambon, head of the firm's tax practice, as a partner. With this new appointment, Osborne Clarke France intends to strengthen its service offered to its clients in all major business law practices.
Dorothée Chambon joined Osborne Clarke in October 2020 as counsel and assists French and foreign companies ranging from start-ups to listed groups, as well as their management teams, with their main national and international tax issues.
Dorothée has extensive experience in transactional taxation and advises on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, project finance and management packages. She has also developed a strong expertise in financial taxation.
Dorothée was a tax specialist before becoming a lawyer and joined the Paris Bar in 2008. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Dorothée worked for 11 years in the Paris office of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.
