The digitalisation of the economy is gaining increasing momentum across all sectors, creating significant legal challenges for businesses. It is also influencing a significant acceleration of transactional activity. The law firm Osborne Clarke recognises these trends and incorporates them into its strategy. Responding to clients' needs, the firm is strengthening its ranks with lawyers specialising in these areas.

Responding to clients' needs
Tomasz Olkiewicz, co-managing partner of Osborne Clarke in Poland, said:
"Both new teams fit perfectly with Osborne Clarke's strategy and current client needs. We all see the huge impact of technology on business, but few lawyers thoroughly understand the world of IT and know how to advise businesses well in this area. Likewise with transactions - here too, clients need a trusted partner to work closely with them and guide them through complex processes and procedures. Such a significant strengthening of our law firm confirms our growing position on the legal advisory market in Poland. It is a great satisfaction that from now on lawyers with strong technological and transactional competences will be with us on this path. Combining the strengths of experts in these areas gives us the ability to deliver services of a unique value to the clients."
