Osborne Clarke LLP has advised a subsidiary of Wilmington plc, the provider of data, information, education and training in the global Governance, Risk and Compliance markets, on its agreement to sell its financial training business, AMT, for £23.4 million to StreetMasters Intermediate, Inc, a US holding company of Training The Street, LLC. The AMT business includes entities in Hong Kong, the USA and the United Kingdom.
The team was led by Edward Persse (Partner, M&A) who was supported by Senior Associates Andrew Carter (M&A), Oliver Woods (ECM), trainee Kristian Pickup (ECM), Partner Mathew Oliver (Tax), Senior Associate Helena Zaba (Tax) and Associate Director Simon Bollans (Commercial).
