Osborne Clarke has advised Orlen VC on an investment in Euroloop as part of a Series A financing roung totaling EUR 5 million.

Euroloop is a technology company producing super-efficient DC chargers for electric vehicles under the WILLBERT brand, together with comprehensive software solutions to manage and monetize the charging business.

Orlen VC is a leading corporate VC fund in CEE region established by multi-utility conglomerate ORLEN S.A. It focuses on investing in whole Europe and Israel in start-ups that will play a significant role in the energy transition, climate change and industrial automation.

Osborne Clarke's team has provided legal support with regard to the transaction documentation and comprehensive due diligence, legal and coordination of financial and tax due diligence. Financial and tax support was provided by MDDP team.
