Osborne Clarke in Five Elms Capital's $15m investment in ShippyPro

ShippyPro, a leader in omnichannel shipment management, has announced a $15m investment by US-based Five Elms Capital. The US fund had previously invested in the company in 2021 with a $5m Series A round.

Osborne Clarke advised Five Elms Capital on all Italian aspects with a team led by partner Giuliano Lanzavecchia, assisted by associate Chiara Carioti, in collaboration with US firm Husch Blackwell, which handled the US side of the deal.

The Series B round will help the start-up consolidate itself as the leading provider of shipment management software globally.
