The participation of the Swiss bank makes it the first direct investment for moneymeets. The investment enables the Cologne-based financing platform to strengthen its platform strategy as well as acquire a pole position in rebundling its financial services on the European market.
The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the investment was led by Partner Nicolas Gabrysch who was assisted by Rouven Siegemund (both M&A Corporate) and Andreas Grillo (Employment law).
