International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Cologne-based Homelike on its Series A financing round, led by Cherry Ventures with participation from coparion and other business angels.
Homelike is the leading online B2B platform for furnished temporary housing. Homelike focusses on bringing together professional landlords with corporate clients, business travellers and private individuals who are looking for furnished and serviced apartments. The company handles the entire online booking process, including the payment and the electronic signature of online rental agreements.
Founded in 2014 by Dustin Figge and Christoph Kasper, Homelike has so far acquired more than 10,000 corporate customers, ranging from small start-ups to large multinationals. Berlin-based Venture Capital investor Cherry Ventures counts flixbus, freighthub and savedo amongst its many investments.
An Osborne Clarke team led by partner Nicolas Gabrysch advised long-term client Homelike on the investment. The team also included Dr Benjamin Monheim and Rouven Siegemund.
