Wireless Logic, a leading provider of Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity solutions, has announced the acquisition of the French company IoThink Solutions.
IoThink Solutions, founded in 2016, provides software that enables customers to build custom IoT platforms for remote monitoring and analysis of industrial IoT equipment and environments. Its Kheiron suite supports low-code development, and syncs with 750 pre-integrated sensor devices; it also offers digital twin capabilities and templates for industrial use cases.
Osborne Clarke's Paris office advised the purchaser with a cross-functional team comprising:
