Tresmares Capital, a leading independent private capital fund manager focused on the lower middle-market, is pleased to announce that it has acquired a minority stake in Exam Papers Plus Limited (EPP) to support current shareholders and the management team during the next phase of growth. EPP is a leading provider of test prep materials focusing on selective schools’ admission exams.
The deal has been led by Ignacio Calderon, Partner of Tresmares Private Equity in Spain. RSM acted as the Financial advisor for Tresmares.
Osborne Clarke acted as legal advisor with a team led by partner Alistair Francis and associate director Seamus McKimm, and assisted by associates Demi Joannides and Rachel Barbour. Senior associate Bridget Baillie and partner David Nisbet advised on Tax.
