Osborne Clarke advises on Treatwell's acquisition of Wavy 

The Treatwell group - the leading beauty and wellness site and app in Europe - has announced the acquisition of Wavy, the French SaaS company founded in 2016 by Clément Moreno. The two businesses, together with Uala France, will join forces and merge into Treatwell France. Thanks to this acquisition, Treatwell strengthens its position in France and in Europe.
