ESPE S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the renewable energies sector as EPC contractor and owner of the ‘ESPE’ branded technology for mini wind turbines and biomass cogenerators, has acquired 30% of the share capital of Soland S.r.l., a Piedmont-based company specialised in the design and construction of photovoltaic plants and energy efficiency systems. ESPE also has an option on the remaining 40% of the company, acquired from the selling shareholder Enermill Energie Rinnovabili S.r.l., for a total consideration of Euro 1.41 million.
Soland, founded in 2004 and based in Borgo d'Ale (VC), is a well-established company in the renewable energy sector, specialising in the design, installation and management of photovoltaic systems. The company has advanced skills in plant revamping and infrastructure for electric mobility.
