Osborne Clarke advises the sellers of Hopkins Homes in relation to its acquisition by Terra Firma

Osborne Clarke has advised the sellers of Hopkins Homes, the largest privately-owned housebuilder in East Anglia, on the sale of Hopkins Homes Group Limited to Terra Firma, a private equity investment firm.

Legal Director Vicky Dudding and Senior Associate Jack Wellington led on the demerger aspect of the transaction.
