International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the sellers of design and product development firm, Kinneir Dufort, on its acquisition by the global medical device and contract manufacturing group, SteriPack.

Bristol-headquartered Kinneir Dufort fuses creative, technical and user-centred expertise to build innovative physical and digital products, supporting global Medical, Consumer and Industrial clients.
