International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the sellers on the successful acquisition of Hansa Engineering, a technical trading company specialised in industrial spray processes, by Indutrade, an international technology and industrial group listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Hansa Engineering, founded in 1996, offers a wide variety of products and systems for the Swedish and Finnish process industries and energy sectors. The company specialises in humidification, cooling, surface treatment, and cleaning, as well as environmental and process technology applications.
