Osborne Clarke advises OURRY Group on the acquisition of real estate assets

Osborne Clarke has advised the OURRY Group, specialized in road transport, waste collection and disposal, on all legal aspects of the acquisition of real estate assets located in Seine et Marne (France). These real estate assets represent a surface area of more than 110,000 sq. m. and are leased by Big Bennes, a company specializing in the treatment, collection, processing in all forms and sale of waste, which has been acquired by OURRY Group in August 2021. The transaction was carried out as part of a share deal.
