Osborne Clarke's Netherlands team has assisted the founder(s) and shareholders of Nmbrs®, a Dutch supplier of HR and payroll software, in the closing of its sale to Visma Group. With this acquisition, Visma expands its HR and payroll portfolio for companies and accounting firms, and strengthens its leading position.
Nmbrs®, founded in 2007, is active in the Netherlands, Sweden and Portugal. The company has circa 120 employees for around 2,000 clients in the accountancy sector and in the business market . 920,000 rewards are handled monthly with the Nmbrs® software. Every month, 160,000 companies process more than 1 billion euros in secure transactions using Nmbrs®, and with more than 100 integrations, customers connect effortlessly with other platforms.
