CubeLogic, the global leader in risk management software solutions, has taken on new external investment from Bowmark Capital, the leading mid-market private equity firm. As part of the deal, Growth Capital Partners (GCP), a leading UK partnership investor specializing in intellectual capital-led businesses, exits their minority investment after just under four years.
Osborne Clarke advised GCP and the other selling shareholders with a team led by private equity partner Tim Hewens and including associate director Leanne Wright, associates Demi Joannides and Courtney Cox as well as trainee Stefano Schahbasi. Founded in 2009, CubeLogic provides an enterprise-grade SaaS solution that manages complex credit, compliance, liquidity & market risk for customers in the Energy, Commodities, & Financial Services sectors. With over 150 people, CubeLogic has operations in the UK, US, Germany, Singapore and India and is growing revenues at over 30% per annum.
