International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Growth Capital Partners (GCP) on its significant minority investment deal with CubeLogic, the market leading provider of enterprise risk management solutions for the energy, commodities and financial markets.
The equity investment will accelerate Cube Logic's global business expansion. CubeLogic’s ambitious growth plans include the hiring of a number of key executives in order to support its growing global client base. Since the management buy back in 2016, Cubelogic have established a 40+ client base, penetrated new industry sectors and employs over 90 people in multiple locations.
The Osborne Clarke team was led by private equity Partner Tim Hewens, with support by Associate Director Chris Yeo and Associate Charles Sunley.
