Osborne Clarke advises on the financing of the “Urania” fund managed by Kryalos SGR S.p.A.

Simmons & Simmons and Osborne Clarke advised in relation to the loan granted to the “Urania” fund, managed by Kryalos SGR S.p.A., by  UniCredit S.p.A., as arranging bank and lending bank, and relating to a real estate portfolio composed mainly of shopping centres located in the Puglia and Emilia Romagna Regions. The loan was also issued to cover the costs for the restyling of the “Le Mura” shopping centre in Ferrara.

Osborne Clarke advised UniCredit S.p.A. in the drafting of all the legal documentation relating to the loan with a team led by partners Andrea Pinto and Antonio Fugaldi and composed of Laura Cipollone and trainees Sofia Stefani and Filippo Garramone.
