International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Fabriq, the UK's industry-leading SaaS solution, on its acquisition by Deepki, the leading European ESG data-intelligence platform built for real estate. The acquisition, which is part of Deepki's growth strategy, unites the two companies which are on a mission to make building more sustainable.
Founded in 2011, Fabriq has some of the best resources and cutting-edge technologies and currently has 40 clients including property owners and asset managers who use the proprietary Fabriq OS SaaS platform to improve the energy efficiency of their properties. The features offered by the platform will integrate with those of Deepki's Deepki Ready platform.
