- The acquisition of Qunifi gives Dstny a strong position in Microsoft Teams business integrations
- Tactful AI offers omnichannel and AI-powered customer experience software
Dstny, the European provider of cloud-based Business Communication solutions, has announced the acquisition of two companies: the leading UK-based Microsoft Teams integration specialist Qunifi, and the UK and Egypt-based Tactful AI, a technology start-up that provides an intelligent customer experience platform.
International law firm Osborne Clarke advised Dstny on both transactions. The team was led by corporate partner Simon Spooner and included senior associate James Archer and associate Liam O'Connor. Mat Oliver and Ben Doeh advised on tax and Kathryn Walters advised on employment.
Qunifi’s Call2Teams platform offers Teams integration for UCaaS providers. Its service spans the globe with end customers in over 100 countries and organizations with over 2 million Teams users relying upon Qunifi for their daily communications.
The acquisition is an essential part of Dstny’s strategy in business integrations; accelerating how business value and innovation is added to Microsoft Teams users.
Qunifi has become part of the Dstny for Service Provider organization and the team and management has been integrated within the Dstny Group as part of the Dstny Automate offering. Joining the Dstny Group will enhance business opportunities, drive new product development, and accelerate growth for service provider customers, partners and both the Dstny and Qunifi teams.
Tactful AI offers omnichannel and AI-powered customer experience software that helps businesses grow by enabling meaningful and effective engagement with their customers across touchpoints.
