Osborne Clarke advises early-stage VC APX on eight UK investments

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised APX, a Berlin early-stage VC backed by Axel Springer and Porsche, on eight UK investments.

Based in Berlin, APX supports and partners with the most ambitious founding teams and their pre-seed startups from Europe and beyond – often as their first investor.

The investments included:

• Bendi - A tech start-up specializing in data analytics.
• Bonnet - Bonnet builds a charging-as-a-service platform, offering electric vehicle drivers access to the vast majority of public chargers.
• EnVsion - EnVsion provides an industry-agnostic Deep Video Intelligence (DVI) platform.
• Pukket - The AI assistant to build and manage brands' communities of superfans to create word-of-mouth at scale.

Since 2018, APX has invested in 100+ startups across 20+ industries with founders from 20+ countries together with 100+ co-investors.
