Osborne Clarke advises Colliers Global Investors Italy in the financing of the Lungotevere de’ Cenci property

Osborne Clarke and Eversheds Sutherland assisted, respectively, Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR S.p.A  (previously Antirion), on behalf of the citizenM Italian Properties reserved closed-end real estate fund, as beneficiary, and MPS Capital Services S.p.A., as MLA bank and bookrunner, financing bank and agent bank, in the context of a complex project financing transaction, aimed, among others, at financing the works for the redevelopment of the fund's property in via Lungotevere de' Cenci 5-8, Rome. The property will  be used as a 4-star hotel with LEED certification and, upon completion of the redevelopment works, will be entrusted to a company belonging to the Dutch group citizenM, which will inaugurate the first hotel in Italy under this brand.

Osborne Clarke advised Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR and the sponsor citizenM Holding in the negotiation of the transaction and the finance documents with a team led by partner Andrea Pinto with associate Laura Cipollone.
