International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Cenkos Securities plc, in its capacity as nominated adviser and broker, on Brickability Group plc’s £150m AIM IPO and associated £57 million institutional placing.
Brickability is a leading specialist provider of bricks and other construction materials.
The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the transaction was led by Partner Jon King, who was assisted by Senior Associate Ed Nisbet, Associate Oli Woods and Trainee Solicitor Griffin O'Rourke.
