Osborne Clarke's Real Estate team has advised Angelo Gordon, Cairn and NEOO on the acquisition of the Beursgallery in Rotterdam, also known as the former Hudson's Bay building.
The Beursgallery consists of five floors with a total floor area of approximately 30,000 m². The building is located in the heart of the shopping area of Rotterdam's city centre. The property has been purchased by a joint-venture of Angelo Gordon with its local partners, asset and investment manager Cairn Real Estate and developer NEOO.
