Osborne Clarke is very pleased to announce that Anne-Laure Laroussinie, Counsel in the Corporate/M&A team in Paris, has been recognised by Law.com International as Rising Star in its Europe's Best Up-and-Coming Female Lawyers 2023 list, among 25 women aged under 40 who represent the best and brightest that the European legal industry has to offer.
According to Law.com International, candidates for the Rising Stars list were selected based notably on the quality of their client base, the scale, significance and complexity of their deals, their client feedback and general market reputation, the standing of their mentors, and other examples of career success and innovation, while acknowledging their personal commitment to promoting criteria such as diversity, responsibility and ethics within the profession.
Anne-Laure has developed significant expertise in M&A transactions (acquisitions and sales of French or foreign companies and assets), whether domestic, cross-border or multi-jurisdictional, for domestic and foreign clients. She also focuses on the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and corporate law matters, including group restructurings.
