Osborne Clarke is pleased to announce the arrival of partner Nunzia Melaccio, Financial Regulatory Advisor who will head the financial regulatory department.
A chartered accountant and auditor, Nunzia is specialised in fund formation, collective asset management, investment services and the operation of financial and banking intermediaries on a national and cross-border basis, as well as legal and regulatory developments relevant to lending platforms and the payments and cryptocurrency sectors.
She joins from Studio Alpeggiani and was previously managing partner of a boutique specialising in regulatory advice to financial intermediaries. She also holds office as an independent director or auditor in both listed and unlisted leading banking and financial institutions.
Nunzia brings with her a team composed of lawyer Luca Paesetti and trainee Alma Migliorini.
