Throughout the years we have reported our gender pay gap, pushing for greater transparency by also publishing our partner, combined and ethnicity pay gaps.
Gender and ethnicity diversity continue to be areas of focus for us in this strategic cycle, but we have long been aware of the need to develop this insight for other groups underrepresented in our industry.
That is why, for the first time this year, we are also including social class and disability pay gaps in our reporting.
