Gattai, Minoli, Partners and Osborne Clarke in the acquisition of 100% of Trebi Generalconsult S.r.l. by Gruppo MutuiOnline

Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A., a company listed in the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, has acquired - through its subsidiary Agenzia Italia S.p.A., a leading BPO company in the leasing and long-term car rental sector - 100% of Trebi Generalconsult S.r.l., a leading company in the development and supply of software solutions for the financing sector (including, in particular, leasing), rental and management of non-performing loans.

Gattai, Minoli, Partners advised Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. and Agenzia Italia S.p.A.. BE Partner acted as financial adviser to Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. and Agenzia Italia S.p.A..

Osborne Clarke advised the shareholders of Trebi Generalconsult S.r.l. with a team led by partners Giuliano Lanzavecchia and Federico Banti, with senior lawyer Chiara Carioti. 

The acquisition of Trebi allows Agenzia Italia to reinforce its centrality in the Italian leasing and rental market, combining business process outsourcing services with the software offering of the leading operator in the sector.
