Further growth of IP practice in Brussels.

Published on 31st January 2022

The past six months have been a time of strategic growth for the IP practice at Osborne Clarke. Valentin de le Court joined us in September of last year as an expert in contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a particular focus on patent law, trade secrets protection and management, open innovation contracts, and China-related IP strategies.

To further support the growth of our IP practice, we are now delighted to welcome Adélaïde Lonnoy as a Senior Associate specialising in contentious IP litigation. Adélaïde joins us from a leading Benelux law firm where she was on the IP disputes team. She has developed valuable experience in a wide range of sectors and in all main areas of intellectual property law with a particular focus on complex national and pan-European patent litigation. She will be working with our IT/IP and our Commercial-Litigation teams.

Osborne Clarke, with over 100 experts in all areas of IP across Europe and Asia, provides both national and international solutions to a wide array of clients across many sectors globally. You can read more about our expertise and experience here.
