Ulrich Bäumer is a partner in the digital business and technology group of Osborne Clarke in Cologne. He advises the clients of the firm mainly in the areas information technology and (offshore) outsourcing and complex licensing issues (inter alia ERP, XaaS, Cloud, etc) in addition to all other IT related matters.
He drafts and negotiates complex international IT projects (especially outsourcing and licensing), contracts, and assists the technology clients of the firm in M&A transactions. He also advises in all other aspects of technology, data protection and licensing law. Ulrich has successfully worked on and finalised 400 + global IT projects in the last 22 years.
